To use:

• Ignite the Palo Santo: Hold one end of the Palo Santo stick over a flame (a candle or lighter works well) until it catches fire. Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame, leaving the wood smoldering.

• Cleanse Your Self and your Space: As the Palo Santo smokes, allow the smoke to waft over your body and energy centers. Walk around your space, allowing the fragrant smoke to permeate every corner. Visualize negative energy dissipating, replaced by a sense of serenity and positivity.
• Set Your Intentions: While smoke cleansing, set your intentions. Whether it's to invite love, peace, or creativity, infuse your surroundings with your desired energy.

• Extinguish Safely: Once you've finished smudging, carefully extinguish the Palo Santo by pressing the smoldering end into a fireproof dish or container filled with sand or soil. Ensure it's completely out before leaving it unattended.

What is your return policy?

Items in new condition may be returned for refund or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, with receipt and original method of payment. If item is defective or broken upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement or refund at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. For health and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale, no returns permitted.

Workshop and event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event time. If you are unable to make an event, please email us at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. If there is a waitlist, we may be able to transfer the spot to them with at least 48 hours notice and offer you a refund. You are also able to sell or gift your workshop or event ticket to someone else, but please let us know so we know who to expect!
