Join Vanessa in this is frolicking, fun-time yoga class for preschoolers and their grown-up!
Over the course of an hour, children and grown-ups will learn easy and memorable yoga poses, breathing exercises, and yoga games that encourage self-expression and a sense of joyful, family play. Class will wind down with savasana and foot rubs.
Intended for children ages 0-5. Each ticket includes entry for 1 adult and up 2 to kids. All adults must have their own tickets, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Bring your own mats!
