(re)fresh, a Sound Bath and Reiki Experience

Welcome to (re)fresh, a space for cleansing, healing, and rest.

This unique and nourishing offering is the product of the combined gifts of Robin Doxey, Akashic medium and sound healer, and Christina Bryan, Reiki practitioner, channel, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator.

​The hour-long experience begins as Christina guides participants through a special Yoga Nidra created to deeply relax the body and mind. Once participants are in a meditative, receptive state, Robin introduces the soothing tones of a special set of Crystal Singing Bowls that will help the body energetically realign itself. As the ethereal sound vibrations flow over, around, and through the room, Christina gives Reiki to each participant, channeling the healing energy to cleanse the chakras, strengthen the aura, and clear any blockages. To close the experience, Robin and Christina use a combination of gongs, chimes, and bells while Christina guides re-entry to ease participants back into their physical bodies and the physical space.

​This experience is great for those who are tired and in need of rest, relaxation, and self-care, as well as those who are seeking cleansing, transformation, and healing.

Participants will generally be lying down on their backs for the experience. Additionally, the Reiki portion typically involves brief physical touch, but it is not a requirement to receive the benefits of Reiki. We are able to process refunds up to 48 hours before the experience. Cancellations or no-shows the day of the experience will forfeit the full ticket price.
