All orders and shipping are fulfilled by a very small team, aka distinctly NOT amazon. We unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on every order without raising our prices.

We do our best to get your order shipped within 2-3 business days of order. If you have any questions about your order, please email hello@theninthhouseshop.com and we'd be happy to give you an update if things are moving a little slower.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. Choosing First Class Package does not include tracking. 

We strongly suggest purchasing the Route Shipping Protection, offered at checkout. This protects your order from loss, damage, or theft. If anything happens during transit you can file a claim through Route. 

Unfortunately, if Shipping Protection was not chosen at checkout, the order is (literally) out of our hands once it has been checked in by USPS. If your order was marked by USPS as delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest contacting USPS to see if it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. You can also file a delivery denial claim with USPS.
