What is your return policy?

Items in new condition may be returned for refund or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, with receipt and original method of payment. If item is defective or broken upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement or refund at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. For health and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale, no returns permitted.

Workshop and event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event time. If you are unable to make an event, please email us at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. If there is a waitlist, we may be able to transfer the spot to them with at least 48 hours notice and offer you a refund. You are also able to sell or gift your workshop or event ticket to someone else, but please let us know so we know who to expect!
